Agreement and Eligibility

These Website Terms (“Terms”) apply when you access the Neutral Home Digital (“NHD,” “we,” “us” or “our”) website, purchase an NHD digital product or use NHD content. By continuing to use the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, the applicable product description, the product-specific Usage License and the Privacy Policy.

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract. If you are not the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and complete the purchase on your behalf.

Digital Products

NHD products are digital files. No physical item will be shipped unless a product description expressly states otherwise. Product pages identify the included files, format, intended use and relevant compatibility or printing information.

Images, mockups and room scenes are presented for editorial, educational or illustrative purposes. Review the complete product description before purchasing.

Orders, Pricing and Payment

Purchases are completed through Payhip and the payment options made available at checkout. The price, currency, taxes and final total displayed at checkout apply to the transaction. Prices and product availability may change before an order is completed.

You agree to provide accurate purchase and payment information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use. An order may be delayed, declined or cancelled when payment is not confirmed, information appears inaccurate, fraud is suspected or a product is unavailable.

Delivery and Access

After successful payment, Payhip ordinarily displays a download page and sends a receipt containing the download link to the email used at checkout. Delivery timing may be affected by payment status, an incorrect email address, network availability, browser or device settings, or third-party service interruptions.

You are responsible for downloading the files promptly, saving a personal backup and confirming that your device can open the stated file format. If access fails, follow the download checks before contacting support.

Personal-Use License

Your purchase gives the original purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the digital product for personal, non-commercial household planning and domestic printing where the product permits it. The product is licensed, not sold, and ownership of the intellectual property does not transfer to you.

The product-specific Usage License supplied with the files and the Payhip End User Licence also apply. The product-specific Usage License controls the particular uses NHD authorizes for that product, subject to mandatory law.

Usage Restrictions

Unless NHD gives prior written permission, you may not:

• Resell, sublicense, distribute, share, upload or transfer the files or download link.
• Reproduce the product for commercial use or create products for sale from it.
• Present NHD content, layouts, text, branding or design methods as your own.
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, credit or ownership notices.
• Use the files as templates, source files, training material or content for services offered to others.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or systematically extract website or product content.
• Introduce malware, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access.

Where technically available and permitted by law, access may be suspended or revoked for fraud, chargeback abuse or material violation of the applicable license.

Refunds, Cancellations and Support

Because digital products are supplied promptly and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable after the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law. Any statutory cancellation right may be limited or lost when you request immediate digital delivery and begin accessing or downloading the files.

Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind, failure to use the product, personal preference or unrelated device or browser limitations. Intellectual Property and Brand Use

The NHD website and digital products—including text, editorial structure, graphics, layouts, photographs, illustrations, brand elements, product names and downloadable files—are owned by or licensed to Neutral Home Digital and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Neutral Home Digital™, the NHD name, monogram and related brand elements may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership or authorization. No license to use NHD branding is granted through website access or product purchase.

AI-Assisted Imagery and Illustrative Content

Some NHD products or website materials may include AI-assisted, digitally created or digitally enhanced imagery. These visuals are used for inspiration, education and concept communication. They may not depict an existing property, an exact purchasable item, precise dimensions, construction conditions or guaranteed real-world results.

Colors, scale and material appearance may vary by screen, printer, lighting and production method. Always verify physical samples, specifications and measurements before making a purchase or installation decision.

General Guidance, Not a Customized Professional Service

NHD provides general editorial, educational and inspirational information. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written service contract, NHD does not provide personalized interior-design, architecture, engineering, construction, code, accessibility, electrical, plumbing, financial or legal services.

You remain responsible for confirming room and delivery-route measurements, structural conditions, product specifications, retailer policies, installation requirements and compliance with applicable codes. Consult an appropriately qualified professional when a decision requires professional judgment.

Website Accuracy and Availability

NHD aims to keep the website and product information accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately. We may update, correct, reorganize, suspend or discontinue website content or products. Changes will not reduce rights already granted under a completed purchase without a valid reason or where prohibited by law.

Third-Party Services and Links

Payhip, payment processors, social-media platforms and external websites operate independently under their own terms and policies. NHD is not responsible for their availability, security, content, pricing or practices. A link does not necessarily mean NHD endorses every statement, product or service on the external site.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and digital products are provided on an “as available” and “as described” basis. NHD does not guarantee a particular aesthetic, financial, renovation, purchasing or other result from using general guidance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NHD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on general information, third-party services, incompatible devices, purchasing decisions or unauthorized use of the files. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Consumer Rights and Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern, contact NHD first so we can review the order and seek a reasonable resolution. These Terms are subject to applicable law and do not replace mandatory consumer rights. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by a court or process with lawful authority over the parties and the transaction.

A more specific governing-law and business-entity clause may be added when NHD's formal operating structure is established. That future update will not retroactively remove mandatory rights connected with an earlier purchase.

Changes, Severability and Contact

NHD may update these Terms as the website, products, services or legal obligations change. The revised page will display a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
